What screams “Everyday Carry” more than the badge? A whole lot of MOLLE webbing of the Atlas Sling Pro, that’s what! Featuring 21 MOLLE loops inside the bag and 15 loops outside, the Atlas ensures you have more than enough secure loops for your heart’s content. Fitting tablets up to 11 inches, a sleek lunchbox, and more, this bag reveals surprise after surprise as it is opened up.
The Atlas is worn cross-body, with an easily-switchable strap direction and an YKK swivel clasp. The footprint of the bag is remarkably small with carrying loops on every side of the bag. Opening up the main compartment reveals a tablet sleeve and two big soft pouches. Don’t have a tablet? The sleeve swallows up over-ear headphones, and I carry a Microsoft Zune (bet you haven’t heard that one in a while) and an audio cable for listening, as well as Samsung Galaxy Buds.
Had there not been a zipper peeking out in the main compartment, you wouldn’t even have known there is a hidden compartment full of MOLLE webbing for pens and flashlights, and another sleeve for hats or gloves. Moving toward the front of the bag, another compartment is opened to reveal more storage. I store my lunch container and soda can, and the bag barely bulges as a result. Finally, the front of the bag has a zippered compartment for your phone, it fits my iPhone perfectly.
Riding with such a lightweight bag is especially useful when the bag holds more than what the framebag fits, or when separation from the bike is needed, be it for commuting or casual outings.
