Trevor R. Way more sturdy than I was expecting. Right now this sits in the bottom of my ballistic backpack or what is now known as the "CORDURA® Hiker Backpack". It fits in the bottom nicely and even leaves a bit of room at the back for you to slip a laptop in. (In my case a 15'' Macbook Pro in a sleeve.)
