I've had this excellent bag for about six months. Its got a great color combination and the pockets are well placed and especially well suited for travel. They afford easy access to all contents. I brought it with me to Barcelona. It held my 35mm camera as well as several guide books. The yellow lining is a great feature and adds to the overall sturdiness of the bag.
I bought my first Dana's Messenger after my first time in New York, I think in 2002, maybe 2003. It has been my primary bag ever since. About a year ago the stitching between the main compartment and the front zipper pocket started to fray a little, and today I decided to replace it. 20+ years of quality, and I have every reason to believe the next on will be just as good. Highly recommend.
I love this bag Its well made and has lots of room Its a bit larger than I expected but I will keep it .I will buy a smaller version of this bag A similar one would be the Cornell Delivery was real quick Very pleased
Just updating my review that I made about 4 years ago, when my bag was only 4 years old. This is still my go to bag. I use it every day. The color has faded a bit here and there, but it's built tough. Maybe these guys shouldn't build the bags so well. I thought about getting another, but my bag is still in such good condition and hauls my computer, lunch, groceries...etc with ease. I don't have a REAL reason to get anything else.
Great bag. This is my second one of the same model, the zipper in the first one finally busted. I purchased the blue/ice blue color scheme this time around and am very happy with it. Very similar to the MP professional bicycle messenger model, but with a handy smaller compartment sewn into the front of the bag and without the Velcro closure strips. Despite the keep it simple design philosophy, I do wish MP including a matching shoulder pad, having a key ring under the flap, and having an integrated organizer pocket like some of their competitors offer in their bags.
