Warranty: FEND offers the original purchaser a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not apply to defects of physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, improper fit, alterations, impact, accident, normal wear and tear, heat or contact with chemicals, or use not intended by FEND. If your FEND product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year from the original date of purchase, contact your dealer or FEND, who will, at their discretion, either repair or replace the product. FEND assumes no responsibility for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to the loss or use of its products. Furthermore, FEND specifically disclaims any claims for incidental or consequential damages. Your use of FEND products is solely at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for any loss, liability, or damages resulting from the use of our products, including personal injury, loss of life, and damage to property. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights and is in lieu of all other agreements, guarantees, and warranties, and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of FEND in connection with the sale or use of this product. All warranties are hereby limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
