I had this bag for about 12 years before a hole started wearing into the bottom corner. True to form I sent it into warranty and they sent me back a brand new bag within a few days. This is a great bag for walking or biking around town and I love how inconspicuous / low profile it is. It's not overly bulky and has just the right amount of room if you don't need to carry a ton of stuff or a lot of weight. Love this bag.
Recently bit the bullet into buying a messenger bag for commuting to and from my college campus as well as biking, and was looking around at other companies like Chrome, Timbuk2, etc. and found them to be at least 25-50$ more than what this bag is for the same size.
My class schedule isn't packed tight so I only need to hold 3,1/2inch binders and my u-lock and a 2 calculators and a bunch of pens and pencils. Which is just perfect for this bag as it seems that this is close to its max capacity (it could probably hold a few more items, like another binder or some smaller items).
For biking, it holds exactly what I need, I'm not a serious biker, and am never too far away from my house or my car which hold my larger tools. I can carry a light jacket, my road pump, a bunch of spare tubes, patch kits, my wrench kit, and my water bottle, plus more stuff if I had more to fill it with. Its comfy to wear and bike with especially with the stabilizer strap which holds the bag in place so it won't flop out infront of my while I'm biking.
Pros: Nice style, Comfy, Durable, fits me well (5'7), great clips
Cons: Could be small for other people, Only has 1 inner pocket
Overall, this bag is great for a smaller multipurpose bag, it hold what I need, and it looks great, and totally worth the money I paid for it. I'd recommend this bag to people looking messenger bags of the equivalent size/capacity. I am very satisfied with this bag.
